Terms of Use

1. The service

AnyMenu lets a restaurant photograph its paper menu, review the AI reading and translation, and publish a multilingual menu page through a QR code. Creating, reviewing and previewing a menu is free.

2. Yearly plan

  • Publishing a menu page (making the QR code live) requires a yearly plan per restaurant, an auto-renewable subscription priced as shown in the app.
  • The first subscription includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
  • The plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it on iPhone in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Payment and refunds follow the terms of the store you bought from (Apple or Google).
  • When a plan expires, the public page shows a “paused” notice after a grace period and returns once the plan is resumed.

3. The restaurant's responsibility

  • You are responsible for what you publish: dish names, prices and ingredient or allergen statements. The AI reading and translation assist you; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
  • For ingredients and allergens the service shows only facts you confirmed and marks everything else as unconfirmed. Safety decisions remain between you and your guests.
  • Do not publish images or text that infringe others' rights.

4. Prohibited use

Unlawful use, interference with the service, unauthorised access, and infringement of our or third parties' rights are prohibited.

5. Liability

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from interruption, suspension or change of the service, loss of data, or translation errors.

6. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; changes take effect when posted in the app or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

1. サービスの内容

AnyMenu（以下「本サービス」）は、店舗が紙のメニューを撮影し、AIによる読み取りと翻訳を店舗自身が確認したうえで、多言語のメニューページをQRコードで公開するサービスです。メニューの作成・確認・翻訳のプレビューは無料です。

2. 年間プラン

  • メニューページの公開（QRコードを有効にすること）には、1店舗ごとの年間プラン（自動更新サブスクリプション）が必要です。価格はアプリ内の表示に従います。
  • 初回のみ7日間の無料期間があります。無料期間中に解約した場合、料金はかかりません。
  • 期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。解約は iPhone では「設定 › Apple アカウント › サブスクリプション」、Android では Google Play の「お支払いと定期購入 › 定期購入」から行えます。決済と返金は、購入したストア（Apple または Google）の規約に従います。
  • プランの期限が切れた場合、一定の猶予期間ののち公開ページは「お休み中」の表示になります。プランを再開すると元に戻ります。

3. 店舗の責任

  • 公開する内容（料理名、価格、原材料・アレルゲンの表記）は店舗の責任で確認してください。AIの読み取りと翻訳は補助であり、当社はその正確性を保証しません。
  • 原材料・アレルゲンについて、本サービスは店舗が確認した事実のみを表示し、未確認のものは「未確認」と表示します。安全性の判断はお客さまと店舗の間で行ってください。
  • 他者の権利を侵害する画像・文章を公開しないでください。

4. 禁止事項

法令や公序良俗に反する利用、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正アクセス、当社や第三者の権利を侵害する行為を禁止します。

5. 免責

当社は、本サービスの中断・停止・変更、データの消失、翻訳の誤りによって生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。

6. 規約の変更・準拠法

当社は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はアプリ内または本ページでの掲示により効力を生じます。本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
